Snowfall – Dec 2017

Last night as I was about to go to bed, I looked outside at the early part of a snow storm and saw such interesting colors and beautiful new snow. So I schlepped my camera in a plastic shopping bag and walked the neighborhood.

Anyone who has ever walked during a snowstorm knows how much beauty there is in its silence. I have waxed poetically about our neighborhood before, but it was just so pretty last night. Join me on my self-indulgent walk around our neighborhood and see it under an unlikely set of circumstances – snowfall.

PS: We ended up with about 9 inches of snow; the most snow we have seen in a single snowstorm in our 20+ years living here just outside of Atlanta.
