Today was the Canopener Cornhole Competition, a highly competitive event as part of the Airforums rally for Airstreams called Canopener, at Topsail SP in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
The cornhole event was made either more or less competitive as it followed Margaritaville (thank you Pat and Greg) and a homemade chili extravaganza (thank you everyone).

The Cornhole Competition (which if you are not familiar is a game by which you try to toss a bean bag through a hole on a board) started several years back at Canopener (thank you Stan and Lynn) and has morphed into a major event with five games working simultaneously towards a final elimination.

Margaritaville loosened tongues, the chili loosened something else, deserts cleansed the palates, and the rest of the afternoon was spent listening and dancing to music (thank you JT) and watching and participating in the cornhole event.

What a hoot – a good time was had by all! And thank you Foley RV!
Great photos! You are inspiring me to do better with my blogging. It’s nice to see so many familiar faces. Did you take part in the competition? Again, a photo of you gamely competing with a sling on one arm, who cares which arm the sling is actually on, would make for some compelling photo journalism. Perhaps a little wince as you are tossing…
Nice selection of Canopener shots!
