If your palate is looking for an off-the-beaten-path camping location, this is it!

The Indian Bread Rocks Recreation Area, situated in Bowie, AZ on BLM lands (Bureau of Land Management) in southeast Arizona, is at the base of the Dos Cabezas Mountains Wilderness. There are zero services available, so whatever you need, bring (which includes water). We camped for one night based on our circumstances but will definitely be back and spend more time at t a later date.

In the morning we were greeted to a herd of roaming cows. They were particularly interested in the charcoal grill. They licked the grill to a fine sheen – note to self on using public provided grills in the future…
